Q: What can be retouched?
A: All facial retouching for blemishes is standard. Special retouching (ex: hair, braces, tan lines, etc.) is available for an extra charge.

Q: If I have a 1-pose package, may I add a pose?
A: You may add poses to any package for an additional charge of $12. It does not mean that your getting any more than what is included in your package. Example: The package consists of 1-8x10, 2-5x7's, 4 - 4x5's, 16-wallets. Instead of having all of your package on 1 pose you are now splitting between 2 poses. Example: Pose 1 (1-8x10 and 8-wallets) and Pose 2 (2-5x7's and 8-wallets).The 4x5's cannot be split.

Q: What quantities do the various sizes of prints come in?
A: 5x7's must be in groups of 2, using one pose only. 4x5's must be in groups of 4 using one pose, and wallets in groups of 8 using one pose.

Q: When will I receive my portrait order?
A: Packages are ready to be shipped to you 3 weeks after payment in full is received.

Q: What do you think the perfect portrait looks like?
A: A perfect portrait shows the essence and personality of the person involved, and doesn't necessarily have to show a wide smile. You should never have to smile at a camera and say, "Cheese!". How would you like to be portrayed? We've created a great photograph when your family and friends look at it and say, "That is SO YOU!!"

Q: Do you create color and black and white?
A: Color may be required for submission for the school yearbook, but black-and-white portraiture can be much more artistic. Why not think about adding equal coverage in black-and-white?
